Aberdeen Roll Recipe
Aberdeen Roll Recipe with Minced Steak, Breadcrumbs, Minced Bacon, Eggs, Spice & Onion.
INGREDIENTS
1 lb (450g) Minced Steak
1 teacup (150ml) Breadcrumbs
1 lb (450g) Minced Bacon
2 Eggs
2 tsp Spice
1/4 Onion, finely chopped
Salt & Pepper to taste
Handful of browned Breadcrumbs
METHOD
Mix all the ingredients together. Tie them in a cloth and boil for 3 hours. Allow to cool until cold. Turn out and sprinkle with browned Breadcrumbs.
Enough for 4 or 5 people.
