Beef Steak Mirabeau Recipe
Beef Steak Mirabeau with Steak, Anchovies and Green Olives.
INGREDIENTS

Anchovies
Green Olives
METHOD
Fry the steak in the usual way, and when it is done, criss-cross the top with very thin warmed strips of anchovy fillets and place in each square half a stoned or stuffed green olive.
Serves 4.
