Brandy Butter Recipe
Brandy Butter Recipe with Butter, Icing Sugar and Brandy.
INGREDIENTS
4 oz (100g) Butter
2 oz (50g) Icing Sugar
1 tablespoon Brandy
METHOD
Work the butter and sugar to a cream, then add the brandy and mix well. Form it into a block and keep it chilled until needed.
