Brandy Sauce Recipe
Brandy Sauce Recipe with Brandy, Water, Cornflour and Sugar.
INGREDIENTS
1/2 pint (300ml) Water
1/2 oz (13g) Cornflour
1 oz (25g) Sugar
1 Small Wineglassful of Brandy
METHOD
Mix the water and cornflour together. Put into a saucepan with the sugar and boil for five minutes, stirring all the time. Add the brandy.
Enough for 4 people.
