Celery Sticks Recipe
Celery Sticks Recipe with Celery, Cream Cheese & Double Cream.
INGREDIENTS
1 Large Head of Celery
4 oz (100g) Cream Cheese
1 -2 tablespoons Double Cream
Salt & Pepper
Paprika
METHOD
Wash the Celery thoroughly and cut sticks into 3 inch (8 cm) lengths. Soften Cheese with the Cream, add seasoning and mix well. Fill Celery Sticks with the Cheese mixture and dust with Paprika.
