Cheese Biscuits Recipe
Cheese Biscuits Recipe with Flour, Parmesan Cheese, Cayenne Pepper, Butter and Egg.
INGREDIENTS
8 oz (225g) Flour
4 oz (100g) Parmesan Cheese
Cayenne Pepper
3 oz (75g) Butter
1 Egg Yolk
METHOD
Grate the cheese, add to the flour and lightly rub in the butter. Add a seasoning of cayenne, and form into a paste with the beaten egg of the yolk. Roll out and cut into round shapes or fingers. These should be baked rather quickly (for around 5 minutes) in a hot oven (200C, 400F, Mark 6).
