Crab Cocktail Recipe with Cooked Crab & Mayonnaise.
INGREDIENTS
1 Cooked Crab

METHOD
Remove the legs and claws. Crack the shell and remove the meat. Push back and remove the pointed flap, and take out the central body part. Remove the dead man's fingers and any shell. Serve in tall sundae glasses, starting with a layer of Crab Meat, then a layer of Mayonnaise and so on until full. Keep 4 large pieces of Meat to garnish the Tops. Serves 4.
