Cranberry Sauce Recipe
Cranberry Sauce Recipe with Cranberries, Castor Sugar and Water.
INGREDIENTS
1 lb (450g) Cranberries
1 oz (25g) Castor Sugar
Water
METHOD
Well wash the cranberries in cold water, put them in a saucepan with the sugar, cover with water and simmer until they are quite soft. Rub through a sieve, reheat and use.
Enough for 4 people.
