INGREDIENTS
Rump Steak
1 tea-cupful Good Vinegar
1 teaspoonful Salt
1/2 teaspoonful Pepper
3 teaspoonfuls Brown Sugar
1 teaspoonful Chopped Parsley
1 tea-cupful Tomato Ketchup
METHOD
Mix the ingredients together, pour them into a deep dish and let the steak soak in them for 12 hours, turning it over now and then.
When wanted, drain the steak well, dredge it lightly with flour and grill it. Meanwhile make a thick sauce with the liquid in which it was soaking, and serve with fried potatoes.
