Epicure Sauce Recipe
Epicure Sauce Recipe with Tarragon Vinegar, Tomato, Brown Sauce, Mustard, Chutney and Worcester Sauce.
INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon Tarragon Vinegar
1 Tomato
1/2 pint (300ml) Brown Sauce (for recipe click here)
1/4 teaspoon Mustard
1 dessertspoon Chutney
1 tablespoon Worcester Sauce
METHOD
Put the vinegar in a saucepan with the tomato, sliced, the brown sauce and the other ingredients. Simmer very gentle for fifteen minutes. Then rub though a sieve, reheat and use.
Enough for 4 people.
