French Baked Onions Recipe
French Baked Onions Recipe with Large Onions, Butter & Pepper.
INGREDIENTS
8 Large Onions, peeled
2 oz (50g) Butter
Salt & Pepper
METHOD
Dot the Onions with Butter, then season. Wrap each Onion in foil and place on a baking tray. Bake at 350F / 180C / Mark 4 for about 1 1/2 hours, until tender. Serves 4.
