Maitre D'Hotel Potatoes Recipe with New Potatoes, Butter, Parsley & Lemon Juice.
INGREDIENTS
New Potatoes
Butter
Salt & Pepper
Chopped Parsley
Lemon Juice
METHOD
Slice and put cooked New Potatoes into a saucepan. Add Butter according to quantity, just enough to moisten. Season with Lemon Juice, Salt & Pepper and Chopped Parsley to taste. Toss lightly until well heated through. Serve in a hot vegetable dish.
