Mashed Potatoes Recipe
Mashed Potatoes Recipe with Boiled Potatoes, Butter, Milk, Salt & Pepper.
INGREDIENTS
6 Medium Boiled or Steamed Potatoes
2 oz (50g) Butter
1/4 pint Hot Milk
Salt & Pepper to taste
METHOD
Mash Potatoes until smooth. Stir in Butter and enough of the Milk to make quite soft. Season to taste with Salt & Pepper. Beat until creamy. Pile lightly into a hot vegetable dish. Serve with Roast Beef, Baked Heart, Roast Veal and Pork, Baked Ham, Roast Chicken, Veal Chops, Boiled Chicken, Ham and Tongue, Meat Loaf, Liver, Sausages.
Enough for 3 or 4 people.
