Mint Sauce Recipe
Mint Sauce Recipe with Onions, Butter, Flour, Milk & Cream.
INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons Fresh Mint
1 - 2 tablespoons Castor Sugar
White Wine Vinegar (to taste)
METHOD
Mint Sauce should be bright green, smooth and pulpy in consistency. Chop the Mint and pound it with a little of the Castor Sugar until quite smooth. Add 1 -2 tablesoons of boiling water, according to the quanity of the Mint, to improve the colour and melt the Sugar. Add a little White Wine Vinegar to taste.
