Mulled Cider Recipe
Mulled Cider Recipe with Cider, Cinnamon, Cloves, Ginger Root and Whole Allspice.
INGREDIENTS
2 pints (1 litre) Sweet Cider
1 Small Stick of Cinnamon
6 Cloves
Small Piece of Ginger Root
1/2 teaspoon Whole Allspice
METHOD
Put the cider in a saucepan. Add the cinnamon, broken into pieces, the allspice, cloves and ginger root. Bring to boiling point and boil for 3 minutes, then skim, and pour into a hot jug. Serve at once.
