Mustard Sauce Recipe
Mustard Sauce Recipe with White Sauce, Mustard, Anchovy Essence and Vinegar.
INGREDIENTS
1/2 pint (300ml) White Sauce (for recipe click here)
1 teaspoon English Mustard Powder
1/2 teaspoon Anchovy Essence
1 dessertspoon Vinegar
METHOD
Mix the mustard smoothly with the vinegar and anchovy essence, stir them into the white sauce, and continue stirring until boiling point is reached.
Enough for 4 people.
