Oat Biscuits Recipe
Oat Biscuits Recipe with Rolled Oats, Sugar, Baking Powder, Butter and Egg.
INGREDIENTS
1 breakfast-cup Rolled Oats
3 oz (75g) Sugar
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 oz (25g) Butter
1 Egg White
METHOD
Melt the butter and mix it with the oats, adding the baking powder and sugar. Beat the white of the egg until stiff, and stir it in. With floured fingers, form the paste into marble shapes. Place on a buttered tray and bake for 20 minutes in a slow oven (180C, 350F, Mark 4).
