Potato Crab Au Gratin Recipe
Potato Crab Au Gratin Recipe with Mashed Potato, White Sauce, Flaked Crab, Butter & Breadcrumbs.
INGREDIENTS
16 oz (450g) Mashed Potato
1/2 pint White Sauce
16 oz (450g) Flaked Crab
2 tablespooons Melted Butter
4 oz (100g) Breadcrumbs
METHOD
Butter a pie dish and line evenly with the Potatoes. Mix the Crab with the sauce and pile into the center. Sprinkle with Breadcrumbs, then with Butter. Bake until pale brown and crisp.
Enough for 4 people.
