Potato Fish Pie Recipe

Potato Fish Pie Recipe with Mashed Potato, Fish, White Sauce, Butter & Parsley.

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 lb (675g) Hot Mashed Potato
16 oz (450g) Baked, Boiled or Steamed Fish
1/2 pint (300ml) White Sauce, well seasoned
2 tablespoons Melted Butter
1 teaspoon Chopped Parsley

METHOD

Flake the Fish into the White Sauce. Add the Parsley. Pour the Fish with the sauce into a buttered fireproof dish. Cover with the Potato. Ornament with a fork. Sprinkle with the Melted Butter. Bake in a moderate oven (400F, 200C, Mark 6), until brown on top and well heated through.

Enough for 6 people.
