Potato Pudding Recipe
Potato Pudding Recipe with Potatoes, Butter, Honey, Milk, Eggs, Lemon & Raisins.
INGREDIENTS
8 oz (225g) Sieved Potatoes
4 oz (100g) Butter
2 tablespoons Honey or Syrup
1/2 pint (250ml) Milk
1/2 teaspoon Salt
2 Eggs
Juice and rind from half a Lemon
2 oz (50g) Raisins or Chopped Peel
METHOD
Mix all the ingredients together and beat well. Bake in a greased fireproof dish for 3/5 hour.
Enough for 4 people.
