Salad Nicoise Recipe
Salad Nicoise Recipe with Tuna Steak, Cucumber, Tomatoes, Peas, Beans, Lettuce, Anchovy Fillets, Black Olives & French Dressing.
INGREDIENTS
1 x 8oz (225g) Tin of Tuna Steak, drained and broken into small chunks
1/2 Cucumber, skinned and sliced
8 oz (225g) Tomatoes, skinned and quartered
8 oz (225g) Peas
8 oz (225g) Beans
1 Lettuce
Anchovy Fillets
Black Olives
French Dressing
METHOD
Cook the Peas and Beans. Drain and allow to cool. Wash the Lettuce and arrange in the bottom of a large bowl. Arrange the Tune, Cucumber, Tomatoes, Beans, Peas, Anchovy Fillets and Olives attractively on the Lettuce and pour over the French Dressing. Chill before serving. Serves 6.
