Shepherd's Pie Recipe
Shepherd's Pie Recipe with Minced Lamb, Onion, Gravy, Tomato Ketchup & Mashed Potatoes.
INGREDIENTS
1 lb (450g) Cooked Lamb, minced finely
1 Onion, minced
1/4 pint (150ml) Gravy
1 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
1 1/2 lb (550g) Potatoes, mashed
METHOD
Mix the Lamb, Onion and Gravy together. Add the Ketchup. Put the mixture in a pie dish. Fork the Mashed Potato over the top and bake until the Potatoes are crisp and brown. Serves 4.
