Shrimp Tomatoes Recipe
Shrimp Tomatoes Recipe with Tomatoes, Shrimps or Prawns, Mayonnaise, Gerkins, Cream & French Dressing.
INGREDIENTS
8 Large Tomatoes
8 oz (225g) Shrimps or Prawns
3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
2 Gerkins, chopped
3 tablespoons Cream
French Dressing (see below)
METHOD
Cut the tops off each Tomato and scoop out the seeds. Mix the other ingredients together and fill the Tomatoes with the mixture. Replace the tops. Spoon the Vinaigrette dressing over and serve with Brown Bread and Butter. Serves 8.
To make the French Dressing:
Mix Olive Oil and White Wine Vinegar (in proportions of 2 to 1) with Salt, freshly ground Black Pepper, a pinch of Mustard Powder and a very little Sugar. Place in a screw top container and shake vigorously before pouring.
