Stuffed Lamb Chops Recipe
Stuffed Lamb Chops with Lamb Cutlets, Sausage Meat or Sage and Onion Stuffing.

Sausage Meat or Sage And Onion Stuffing
METHOD
Take some loin chops and cut through the meat horizontally so that a deep pocket is made through to the bone.
Stuff this with any filling you like, sausage meat or sage and onion stuffing, and then press the sides of the chops lightly together again.
Now dip them in breadcrumbs, then in beaten egg and then in breadcrumbs again. Bake them in a hot oven until done, basting with butter and turning them over once during the cooking - about 15 minutes on each side. Serve garnished with sprigs of watercress.
Serves 4.
