Stuffed Steak Recipe
Stuffed Steak with Steak, Sage & Onion Stuffing and Bacon.
INGREDIENTS
2 lb (900g) Steak
Sage & Onion Stuffing
Bacon
METHOD
Beat the steak and rub it with a little butter. Make a sage and onion stuffing adding to it a little finely chopped bacon. Spread this on the steak, roll it up and tie it tightly with string. Place in a deep covered dish and bake in a moderate oven (180C / 350F / Mark 4) for 2 hours, basting frequently with it's fat as it cooks. Eat hot or cold.
