Tartar Sauce Recipe
Tartar Sauce Recipe with Mayonnaise, Parsley, Capers, Shallot, Boiled Egg, Vinegar and Mustard
INGREDIENTS
1/2 pint (275ml) Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Parsley
1 tablespoon Capers
1 Shallot, finely chopped
1 Hard Boiled Egg
1 teaspoon White Wine Vinegar
1 teaspoon Mustard
Pinch of Salt
METHOD
Finely chop the parsley, capers, shallot and hard boiled egg. Mix all the ingredients in a bowel with the mayonnaise. Taste for sharpness and seasoning and add more vinegar & salt if necessary.
