Tuna Bake Recipe
Tuna Bake Recipe with Shrimps, Butter, Lemon, Nutmeg & Watercress.
INGREDIENTS
1 x 7oz (185g) Can of Flaked Tuna
1 x 10oz (300g) Can of Condensed Mushroom Soup
1 oz (25g) White Breadcrumbs
2 oz (50g) Butter
4 Whole Button Mushrooms
1 sprig of Parsley
METHOD
Warm the Mushroom Soup in a saucepan. Drain the Flaked Tuna and add to the saucepan. Stir a little and gently cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish. Sprinkle with the White Breadcrumbs and place small dice around the top using Half The Butter.
Place under the grill and cook for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
In the meantime, add the Mushrooms with the remaining Butter to a small saucepan and gently cook for 5 minutes. Stir and coat the Mushrooms well.
When the Tuna Bake is done, garnish with the Mushrooms and the Parsley. Serve Immediately.
