Veal Cordon Bleu Recipe with Veal Escallopes, Gruyere Cheese, Parma Ham, Egg & Breadcrumbs.
INGREDIENTS
8 Veal Escallopes
8 Slices Gruyere Cheese
8 Slices Parma Ham
Egg
Breadcrumbs
METHOD
Coat the Veal in beaten Egg and Breadcrumbs and fry in Oil and Butter until brown. Lay a slice of Ham and Cheese on each escallope and grill quickly until brown. Serves 8.
